Welcome to Montenegro!

1) Upon arrival on the territory of Montenegro, everyone who does not have a residence permit must register with a tourist organization. We register our guests ourselves, so please, upon arrival, apply for registration at the reception; you must have a passport or personal card with you.
2) Taxi. You can ask the receptionist to order a taxi, or you can do it yourself via Viber or WhatsApp. You can find taxi service numbers online by searching “taxi budva”.
3) The most convenient way to rent a car is via this website: rentacar-budva.com
4) A tourist SIM card can be purchased at the TQ Plaza shopping center in Budva, and you must you’re your passport with you.
5) Shops are closed on Sundays and public holidays; bakeries, restaurants and gas stations (where you can buy basic products) operate as usual.
6) You can also order delivery to your hotel address and apartment number through Glovo.

Services provided by the Sunraf Luxe Apartments complex:

1) Our apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable life, so daily cleaning is not provided.
2) If you are visiting for a period of less than 7 days, you have 1 set of bed linen at your disposal, if you stay with us for a longer period - one and a half sets.
3) You can request additional cleaning, window cleaning and laundry services at the reception, and they are paid additionally. The cost of laundry services will be calculated on the spot.
4) If you live in building C, we ask you not to hang laundry to dry on the balcony railing.
5) If you need parking, you can reserve your parking space at the reception; the location of the complex on the first line of the Adriatic Sea makes our parking in great demand during the season.
6) You can get the remote control for the garage at the reception. Upon receipt of the remote control, we ask you to leave a deposit of 50 euros. When you return the remote control, the reception staff will give you the deposit back.

Additional amenities:

1) The complex has a hammam, free for all our guests and apartment owners. If you want to use it, please inform the reception in advance so that we can prepare it for you.
2) The pool is open only during the season. It is open 24 hours. Sun loungers and umbrellas are at your disposal.
3) You can also freely use our outdoor sports equipment.
4) If you have any questions, need recommendations or a service, write to us and we will find a solution.

Apartments and how to use them:

1) If you are staying for more than 7 days, we will ask you to go through the standard procedure of stocktaking. Our employee will familiarize you with the inventory list and ask for your autograph. A similar procedure is carried out upon departure. We ask that you do not load your dishwasher and washing machine when you check out - we will take care of that.
2) If your tariff includes payment for utilities, we will familiarize you with meter reading upon arrival and departure.
3) Make sure that the key card is inserted into the card holder at the entrance to the apartment; without this you will have neither light nor water.
4) Our apartments have an automatic split system - it automatically switches to summer and winter mode.
5) Garbage from the apartments must be taken to the trash can located on the street behind the white door near the stairs leading to the second level of the parking lot.
6) Green light bulbs in the floor shouldn’t be exposed to water - these are indicators of a flood.
7) We ask you to prepare food carefully, as the fire sensors react even to burnt scrambled eggs :)

Information and tips for tourists:

  • Our complex is located in the municipality of Budva; the city can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes if you walk along the sea and go through a tunnel. This route passing through Becici is quite picturesque and highly recommended for walking. Continuing along the coast, you will reach the Old Town, the most beautiful part of Budva. An hour in the other direction and you are on Sveti Stefan. The location of our complex is amazing: the first line of the sea, the heart of the Budva Riviera.
  • On the territory of Budva there are a lot of travel agencies that conduct various excursions throughout Montenegro. Please contact reception for information.
  • In Budva you can engage in various sports: fishing, diving, flyboarding, water skiing, yachting, tennis, water attractions (banana and ringo rides), etc. Paragliding (with an instructor or independently) is especially popular, as the most beautiful views open up from the heights. Please contact reception for information.
  • In Budva you can rent a taxi boat and travel to the islands of St. Nikola and St. Stefan. On the island of St. Nicholas (also known as “Hawaii”) you can visit beaches, including a nudist beach.
  • For children in Budva during the summer season, a small amusement park opens on the seashore, and there is also a water park relatively nearby.
  • Remote popular beaches (Jaz, Trsteno, Ploce) and other cities can be reached by bus. The schedule and prices can be viewed on the website busticket4.me. You can also buy tickets online, or purchase them in person at the bus station in Budva (across the road from the hospital).
  • For lovers of hiking in the mountains, Montenegro has many hiking trails with picturesque views. A route map and additional information can be obtained from reception.
