Welcome to Montenegro!

1) Upon arrival on the territory of Montenegro, everyone who does not have a residence permit must register with a tourist organization. We register our guests ourselves, so please, upon arrival, apply for registration at the reception desk; you must have a passport or personal card with you.
2) Taxi. You can ask the receptionist to order you a taxi, or you can do it yourself via Viber or WhatsApp. You can find taxi service numbers online by searching “taxi budva”.
3) The most convenient way to rent a car is via this website:
4) A tourist SIM card can be purchased at the TQ Plaza shopping center in Budva, and you must have your passport with you.
5) Shops and markets are closed on Sundays and public holidays; bakeries, restaurants and gas stations (where you can buy basic products) operate as usual.
6) You can also order delivery to your hotel address and apartment number through Glovo.

Services provided by the Sunraf Luxe Apartments complex:

  1. Our apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable life.
  2. Cleaning is provided- On the 4th day of your stay - always in the time range from 11.00 to 13.00. Cleaning duration is 45-60 minutes, we will change the towels, wash the kitchen, all surfaces, bathroom, toilets and the shower. On the 7th day of your stay, we provide general cleaning, which includes changing the bed linen, in the time range from 9.00 to 14.00. General cleaning duration is 3 hours. We will contact you in advance to agree on the time.
  3. You can request additional cleaning, window cleaning and laundry services at the reception, for an additional payment. The cost of laundry services will be calculated on the spot.
  4. If you live in building C, we kindly ask you not to hang laundry to dry on the balcony railing.
  5. If you need parking, you can reserve your parking space at the reception; the location of the complex on the first line of the Adriatic Sea makes our parking in great demand during the season.
  6. You can get the remote control for the garage at the reception. Upon receipt of the remote control, we’ll ask you to leave a deposit of 50 euros. Once you return the remote control, the reception staff will give you the deposit back.

Additional amenities:

  1. The complex has a hammam. If you want to use it, please inform the reception in advance so that we can prepare it for you. The cost of the hammam is 25 euros for 1 hour.
  2. The complex has a massage room, you can book a massage session at the reception or directly with the specialist.
  3. We have two restaurants, a café-confectionery and a cocktail bar.
  4. The pool is open only during the season. It is open 24 hours. Sun loungers and umbrellas are at your disposal.
  5. You can also freely use our outdoor fitness equipment.
  6. If you have any questions, need recommendations or a service, feel free to write to us and we will find a solution.

Apartments and how to use them:

  1. If you are staying for more than 7 days, we will ask you to go through the standard procedure of taking over the apartment. Our employee will familiarize you with the inventory list and ask for your autograph. A similar procedure is carried out upon departure. We kindly ask you not to load your dishwasher and washing machine when you check out - we will take care of that.
  2. If your tariff includes payment for utilities, we will familiarize you with meter reading upon arrival and departure.
  3. Make sure that the key card is inserted into the card holder at the entrance to the apartment; without that you will have neither light nor hot water.
  4. Our apartments have an automatic split system - it automatically switches to summer and winter mode.
  5. Garbage from the apartments must be taken to the garbage container located outside, behind the white door and near the stairs that lead to the upper level of the parking lot.
  6. The green light bulbs on the floor shouldn’t be exposed to water - these are flood indicators.
  7. We ask you to prepare food carefully, as the fire sensors react even to some burnt scrambled eggs :)

Information and tips for tourists:

  • Our complex is located in the municipality of Budva; the city can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes if you walk along the sea and go through a tunnel. This route passing through Becici is quite picturesque and highly recommended for taking a walk. Continuing along the coast, you will reach the Old Town, the most beautiful part of Budva. An hour in the opposite direction and you are on Sveti Stefan. The location of our complex is amazing: the first line of the sea, the heart of the Budva Riviera.
  • On the territory of Budva there are a lot of travel agencies that conduct various excursions throughout Montenegro. Please contact the reception for more information.
  • In Budva you can engage in various sports: fishing, diving, flyboarding, water skiing, yachting, tennis, water attractions (banana and ringo rides), etc. Paragliding (with an instructor or independently) is especially popular, as the most beautiful views open from the heights. Please contact the reception for more information.
  • In Budva you can rent a taxi boat for a reasonable price and travel to the islands of St. Nikola and St. Stefan. On the island of St. Nicholas (also known as “Hawaii”) you can visit beaches, including a nudist beach.
  • For children in Budva during the summer season, a small amusement park opens on the seashore, and there is also a water park relatively nearby.
  • Remote popular beaches (Jaz, Trsteno, Ploce) and other cities can be reached by bus. The schedule and prices can be viewed on the website busticket4.me. You can buy tickets online or purchase them in person at the bus station in Budva (across the road from the health center).
  • For lovers of hiking in the mountains, Montenegro has many hiking trails with picturesque views. A route map and additional information can be obtained at the reception.
